![]() If anybody has any other ideas on how to resolve this without having to reinstall the Dashboard software then would appreciate it. Last resort will be to revert back to Windows 7 which I know there is an option to do, but would prefer not to have to do that. I will try and download the ISO file from the link mentioned by JohnAshwell above and see how that works, but having read a number of forums on this issue, I'm not expecting much. I still can't access the network drive via explorer. I have also tried setting the Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 for the Dashboard executables, but that made no difference either. I've tried un-installing the Dashboard and re-installing it and get no issues doing this, but end up with the same result. The Seagate Dashboard worked fine, connecting to my Seagate network drive without any errors, but the X, Y and Z drives are not visible or accessible via explorer, making it a bit useless. The second laptop is 32 bit and was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. The Dashboard worked first time and the X, Y and Z drives are ![]() I'm not sure if any of this makes any difference but my goFlex home Seagate network drive works fine with no issues.
